TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AQUA ROCK FITNESS INSTRUCTORS.

Aqua Rock Fitness® certifications are gained through.

  1. The one time purchase of an Aqua Rock Instructor Package.
  2. The successful completion of the 4 hour Aqua Rock Certification Class.
    • No additional training or fees are required to maintain your certified status.
    • Certification class costs are included in all three Instructor Package purchase options.
    • Aqua Rock Fitness® Certifications are Non Transferable.
    • Aqua Rock Certifications, and Instructor Packages are non-refundable upon completion of the certification class.

Aqua Rock Instructor Training Videos.

  • Aqua Rock Instructor Training Videos are a resource to be viewed by the individually certified instructor only. Sharing the instructor training videos or the content in any way is prohibited.
  • Sharing Aqua Rock Fitness® instructor training videos, or the contents of said training videos online, or on social media is prohibited and subject to civil action.

Aqua Rock Fitness® is the registered trademark of Aqua Rock Fitness LLC.

  • The logo and verbiage Aqua Rock Fitness® may only be used to advertise classes or the availability of classes by a certified instructor or facility that employs a certified instructor.
  • Certified instructors are encouraged to use Aqua Rock Fitness® logos and verbiage in their resumes when applying for employment, or advertising their private classes.
  • Certified instructors and facilities employing certified instructors are encouraged to use Aqua Rock Fitness® logos, verbiage, and promotional materials to promote Aqua Rock Fitness® classes.
  • Certified instructors are encouraged to use the Aqua Rock Fitness® logos, verbiage, and promotional resources in their personal and fitness based social media platforms for the purpose of advertising and promoting classes or the availability of classes.
  • Certified instructors are strongly encouraged to use logos, verbiage, and promotional materials to promote themselves (personally) as qualified instructors.
  • Links to the promotional materials (logos, graphics, promotional videos) are provided at no additional cost in the Instructor Resources tab on the website (saved in Dropbox).
